It’s not Christmas until you’re serenaded by stars!

Famous faces dropped a major dose of holiday spirit on Thursday’s episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden.

In the latest edition of “Carpool Karaoke,” Corden gets some help from Justin Bieber, One Direction, Carrie Underwood, Jason Derulo, Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart, and Iggy Azalea to harmonize on “Joy to the World.”

But this mashup doesn’t feature just any version of the Christmas classic – the group went with Aretha Franklin‘s spirited spin. Naturally, the 1D guys and Underwood tried emulating the Queen of Soul’s epic riffs, resulting in some must-see TV.

Proving yet again that he’s on top of his game, Corden captured the scenes earlier this year when the stars joined him for their individual “Carpool Karaoke” sessions, including One Direction’s revealing ride and Derulo’s swagger-packed performance.
