Real Housewives of New York City star Jules Wainstein and her estranged husband, Michael, are attempting to work things after being locked in a contentious divorce.

Nearly a month after 35-year-old Jules was granted a temporary restraining order against Michael, a source confirmed to PEOPLE on Thursday that the order has been lifted.

The couple, who have been married for eight years and have two children together (son Jagger, 8, and daughter Rio, 5), are working out a co-parenting schedule. According to the source, Jules will receive two temporary payments of $10,000 – one in September and one in October.

The source also tells PEOPLE that the judge did not award any legal fees to Jules – who previously alleged abuse and infidelity on Michael’s part – and took issue with her use of the New York Police Department as a form of personal security.

A rep for the Bravo personality confirmed to PEOPLE in June that the split stemmed from Michael’s cheating: “Jules and her husband have split over his infidelity. In last night’s episode there were signs. Jules is doing great despite the news. She is taking care of her children and working hard on her brand, Modern Alkeme. She is a survivor and has many people around her for support.”

Jules revealed on RHONY that she met her investment banker husband when she was standing outside of a French bistro in New York City at the age of 24. Just three weeks later, the two were living together and were engaged in a year and a half.
