Get ready to spend the evening at Joy Behar‘s house.

The comedian is hosting a new TLC series, Late Night Joy, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal. The half-hour show will see Behar host her real-life friends at her New York apartment for a late-night house party. In real life, Behar says she’s constantly hosting different groups, from Weight Watchers to poker games, so the show is a natural fit.

On the show, guests will drink a little wine to help the conversation flow.

“It’s relaxing. Then the conversation flows,” Behar tells PEOPLE. “It’s not an AA meeting.”

Guests expected to drop in for the party include Curb Your Enthusiasm star Susie Essman, Long Island Medium‘s Theresa Caputo, Wendy Williams, Don Lemon, Sherri Shepherd and Colin Quinn.

“I’ve known Wendy Williams for a longtime. I’ve known Colin Quinn for a long time. Suzy and I have obviously been friends for 30-some-odd years,” says Behar.

Behar, 73, has occasionally got in hot water for her outspoken views. She says that when she invites old friends over for the show, the conversation could go anywhere.

“I like talking with people I’ve known for a long time. It’s more comfortable. It’s more fun,” says Behar. “We’re not editing so much. We’re not afraid to say stuff.”

Late Night Joy premieres Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 11 p.m. ET on TLC.
