brightcove.createExperiences(); As Josh Duggar returns home after a seven-month stay in faith-based rehab, his family is more tight-knit than ever.

The Duggar siblings tell PEOPLE in this weeks’ issue that they’re joining forces in the family businesses of remodeling homes, as well as buying and restoring used cars – though that’s just the beginning of an impressive list of endeavors for the enterprising Duggars.

Jinger Duggar, for one is joining the car dealership, telling PEOPLE: “My brothers are my advisers.”

Jinger, 22, admits she initially never thought she’d pick up the business, she says attending auctions with her brothers sparked her interest.

“I started watching them, and all my little brothers were making a lot of money,” she recalls. “I decided to get in on that.”

John-David Duggar, 26, also tells PEOPLE he’s “really trying to focus in on the family business with real estate” as he serves as a part-time police officer and volunteers with the Texas-based International Alert Academy, with which younger brother Joseph, 21, has also volunteered.

Jinger shares that humanitarian spirit, also giving back by working in a prison ministry alongside Joseph and Josiah, 19.

Of speaking with inmates at maximum-security and juvenile prisons, she says: “No matter where you come from, there’s common ground.”

And when little sister Joy-Anna, 18, isn’t helping dad Jim Bob, 50, with remodeling jobs and her brothers with the car dealership, she’s been getting into an enterprise that’s certainly thriving in a family as large as the Duggars’: “I have been doing a lot of babysitting for my family and friends.”

Proud big sis Jessa, 23, adds that Jinger has “been getting into the party planning, baby showers and birthday parties and all that kind of stuff.”

John-David’s twin, Jana, who also has her hands in many of the family’s ventures (Jinger says real estate is a specialty), sums up the all-together-now spirit of her busy brood: “The fact that we work together as siblings makes it so much more enjoyable.”
