Play ball!

Jon Hamm was all smiles in the outfield while playing baseball near Hollywood on Saturday, marking his second outing since announcing his breakup from longtime love Jennifer Westfeldt.

The Mad Men star, again sporting a St. Louis Cardinals cap, was spotted dining with a group of male friends at Little Dom’s in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Hamm, 44, and Westfeldt, 45, made their last public appearance together in July.

“With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history,” the couple told PEOPLE in a joint statement Sept. 7. “We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.”

A source previously told PEOPLE that Westfeldt, an actress and screenwriter, would “take care of him and support him” during his struggles with alcohol.

The split seems to be amicable, and Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner told PEOPLE over the weekend that he wishes them well.

“They’re both incredibly talented, wonderful people,” he said. “They’ll both find happiness, there’s no doubt in my mind.”
