Pregnancy isn’t quite a walk in the park for the 23-year-old, who shares that she’s suffered from morning sickness. Luckily, mom Michelle Duggar is on hand to help. “I ask my mom a lot questions. I’ll ask, ‘How do you feel at this point?’ and ‘What did you do at this point?'” Jill tells PEOPLE in September. “Her morning sickness wore off about now, and she started feeling better. She told me she was craving sour stuff and then she didn’t want sour stuff. I am still kind of in the middle.”

With the arrival of Baby Dilly getting closer and closer, the Dillards register at Walmart and try to keep their list as “practical” – and personal – as possible. “Derick said we should put Dr. Pepper on there, because if you have late nights, you have to have caffeine,” Jill jokes. “I told him, ‘I like Fanta,’ so he put that on there and some Gatorade, as well.”
