Jessa (Duggar) Seewald Has Already Been Considering Names for Baby No. 2
"We don't want a letter theme," Jessa previously told PEOPLE
The couple previously discussed baby names with PEOPLE after they welcomed their first little one in November.
“We talked about family names,” shared Jessa, 23. “Maybe Benjamin Michael the second. But Ben didn’t like that. We’ve talked about incorporating a family name.”
With a 50/50 possibility that the pair could welcome a second boy, Ben Jr. is still in the running. One thing that the couple did already agree upon was that they would steer clear of Jessa’s family’s signature naming practice.
“We don’t want a letter theme,” she told PEOPLE last year. “The only theme we might have are using names of heroes from the Christian faith.”

In a new clip shared by TLC on Tuesday, Jessa and Ben, 21, reveal that they haven’t had an ultrasound yet, but they are eager to find out their baby’s sex.
“We really have no ideas for names at this point,” Ben admits in the clip. “So, maybe we will have to get some suggestions at some point.”
Regardless, the happy couple plan to put a lot of thought into their second child’s name, just like they did with Spurgeon.
As PEOPLE first reported, the couple’s son is named after Charles Spurgeon, a British preacher who lived from 1834–92. During his lifetime, the Baptist thinker was considered the best-known preacher in England, frequently speaking in front of audiences of more than 10,000 people. He founded a theological college in London, which is today named Spurgeon’s College.
His middle name Elliot honors of late missionaries Jim and Elisabeth Elliot, who worked in South America.
