The former Friends costars remain close 10 years after the finale of their hit show
Once a friend, always a friend.
The sharply dressed duo – Aniston in a sleek black blazer, Cox in a body-hugging crimson dress – shared a sweet hug as Cox unveiled the comedy-drama, which stars Seann William Scott as man who makes an emotional homecoming.
Aniston wasn’t the only one cheering on her onetime Friends costar: Cox’s fiancé Johnny McDaid, who popped the question last June, also showed his bride-to be some major love.
“We’ll get there,” McDaid, 38, told PEOPLE at the ArcLight Hollywood of the wedding planning process.
“I just want to be with this woman for the rest of my life. That is all that matters. The ceremonies are academic,” he added with a big smile.
“He’s a very sensitive soul,” added Cox, 50, who gushes that McDaid is “just a beautiful, sensitive, loving person with a wonderful family, with a beautiful set of friends. Then I was like, ‘This is for real!’ ”
Now, as the couple look ahead to their big day, Cox told Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday that Coco – her daughter with ex David Arquette – “is very excited about the wedding. I was going to hire a wedding planner, but apparently she wants to do it.”
And no job is too big for the 10-year-old: She apparently has her sights set on being the maid of honor, the flower girl and “all the bridesmaids,” Cox quipped.
