James Corden Tries (and Fails) to Sell Tyga a $13 Million Mansion
James Corden should probably stick to his late-night job
The “Rack City” artist is currently residing in a $35,000-per-month pad above Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip while being sued by a landlord in girlfriend Kylie Jenner‘s Calabasas, California, neighborhood for $70,000 in unpaid rent.
But the Late Late Show host teamed up with Million Dollar Listing realtor James Harris to show him a sprawling Hollywood Hills mansion during Monday night’s episode – and let’s just say Corden, 37, should stick to celebrity interviews and singing in his car.
Corden dissed the estate’s modern decor before hyping up a selling point.
“You watch like MTV Cribs and stuff, right? You remember that? This is the bit that you guys are going to flip for. Follow me,” he said, beckoning Tyga’s crew into the laundry room.
“You have got a washer …. and a dryer!” he cried. “One washes, one dries. Forget about it. When should we sign?”

Corden also forced Tyga, 26, to roll around the master bed with him to check how many bodies could fit during a potential orgy.
“Nah man, nah. It’s cool, man, I understand,” Tyga said, laughing and jumping up. “I get the point.”
The comedian spent most of their time together in the bathroom, declaring the tub “horse—-” and demonstrating the acoustics of the shower by asking Tyga to freestyle while he beat-boxed. Plus, he shocked Harris by, shall we say, christening the toilet.
“I’m not buying the house now,” Tyga declared upon seeing Corden with his pants down around his ankles.
“I’m checking the facilities, Tyga,” Corden insisted.
In the end, the listing sold for $9.6 million – to someone not on Corden’s client list.
