Jackée Harry is opening up about an alleged violent run-in she had with Eartha Kitt over the late singer’s boyfriend.

On Wednesday, Harry, 62, responded to a tweet, which asked “what’s the most surreal encounter you’ve had with someone famous?”

Harry wrote, “Eartha Kitt slapped the f— outta me!”

“She thought I was sleeping with her boyfriend,” Harry revealed.

The Sister Sister star then went on to explain that she actually was having sex with Kitt’s beau, but had no idea they were together.

“I didn’t know he was taken,” Harry tweeted, adding a broken heart emoji.

Kitt died in 2008 at the age of 81. T he “C’est Si Bon” singer is survived by her daughter Kitt McDonald with ex-husband William O. McDonald, whom Kitt was married to from 1960 to 1964.

Harry’s shocking admission stirred fans into a frenzy, with many of them sharing their reactions on Twitter in the forms of hilarious memes and gifs.

“I need the whole Jackée Harry v Eartha Kitt story,” one user wrote.

“Oh my Lord,” another fan tweeted.

Many commentators begged Harry to reveal the man in question, but the actress has yet to identify him.

Harry is most known for her role as Lisa Landry on the Disney series starring Tia and Tamera Mowry.

While she’s been praised for her bubbly and humorous personality, the actress and comedian has admitted that working in the industry as a woman hasn’t been easy.

“The thing with women is, you know you have these things you can’t talk about that aren’t allowed,” Harry said on Wednesday’s episode of Netflix’s Strong Black Legends.

“Men can say anything,” Harry continued. “With women you have to be careful because people are looking at the woman first then the comedian.”
