Holly Madison has nothing to say to Kendra Wilkinson.

Madison, 36, opened up about her feud with her former Girls Next Door costar – including Wilkinson’s NSFW Twitter rant last week.

“There are so many inaccuracies in what she’s saying,” Madison tells PEOPLE Now. “I just feel like, you know, there’s always going to be people who try and pull you back and are mad because you’ve changed and moved on.”

Madison says Wilkinson’s criticism is reminiscent of the time they spent together at the Playboy Mansion: “There was a lot of, you know, just people talking behind people’s backs.”

“[It] kind of makes you feel alone and like you don’t have any friends you can turn to,” admits Madison.

Last week, Wilkinson, 30, stopped by PEOPLE Now and blasted Madison and her new book, The Vegas Diaries, in which Madison details her journey after leaving the Mansion and the Playboy world. (Wilkinson has apologized for the now-deleted tweets.)

Wilkinson claimed that Madison’s comments about her seven-year stint at the Mansion stemmed from “pure embarrassment,” as she was allegedly rejected by her former boyfriend Hugh Hefner.

Addressing Wilkinson’s comments, Madison called the Twitter rant “gross” but said she is “used to” such harsh words.

“I feel like I’ve been dealing with that slut-shaming, Internet troll thing for so long and when it’s coming from [Kendra] it’s all very hypocritical,” she said.

Now, Madison says her focus is on moving forward – and when asked what she would say to Wilkinson if she saw her, the author replies, “probably nothing.”

“I’m just not really interested in moving backward, you know?” she says. “[I’ve] just moved forward, and I don’t really want to play those games anymore.”
