Hillary Clinton Feels 'Really Bad' for Kim Kardashian West After Paris Robbery
The Democratic presidential candidate mentioned Kanye West‘s anguish after hearing news of the robbery, saying, “He was in the middle of the concert and he ran offstage, bless his heart. I’m just glad nobody was hurt.”
The 68-year-old told Extra that she did manage to see the Saturday Night Live premiere and thought Kate McKinnon’s impersonation of her was “amazing.”
And the walker McKinnon used during the debate parody? Clinton laughed at that, too.
“I thought I was going to fall off my chair,” she said. “She makes me laugh anyway, she is so funny just naturally. I wish I could do the jumps, the splits, the somersault.”
She jokingly promised she’d be more flexible during Sunday’s presidential debate, adding, “The next debate, the next debate – cartwheels.”
“Perfect. I can’t wait to see what else they’re going to do. His look, his scowling, his staring down then muttering his response, he was perfect,” she said. “I don’t know who is going to show up at the next debate Sunday night.”
The former Secretary of State’s agenda is jam-packed as the general election draws near, but that hasn’t stopped her from focusing on groups of voters who are making an impact, including millennials.
“The heart of my campaign are millennials. I want them to know how impressed I am with this generation. This is the most open, tolerant, diverse generation we’ve ever had,” she said. “If they will help me win on Nov. 8, I will go in the White House and get up every day and try to figure out how I can help them have the kind of future they deserve.”
