On TV’s biggest night, PEOPLE will be right in the heart of Hollywood with exclusive access to the top stars and insights on every buzzworthy moment happening on the red carpet of the Primetime Emmy Awards.

The PEOPLE & EW Red Carpet Live streaming preshow returns Sunday with a bicoastal broadcast covering the night’s breaking news and all the biggest stories from this past year in television.

“We are excited to celebrate this new golden age of television with our second Red Carpet Live streaming event,” teases Jess Cagle, Editorial Director of Time Inc.’s celebrity, entertainment and style group.

Beginning at 6 p.m. ET, PEOPLE Deputy Editor JD Heyman will serve up scoops and celebrity interviews alongside veteran entertainment journalist Alicia Quarles and PEOPLE Staff Writer Kara Warner at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.

In New York, PEOPLE Now hosts Jeremy Parsons and Andrea Boehlke will welcome in-the-know guests to break down the races, discuss red carpet fashion and talk up the awards’ most anticipated attendees.
