You can thank Julia Louis-Dreyfus for the laughs.

The star won the 2015 Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series for her portrayal of Selina Meyer on Veep.

“I think it would be appropriate at this moment to quote our political satire Veep,” Louis-Dreyfus said during her acceptance speech. “What a great honor it must be for you to honor me tonight”

She quickly quipped, “Oh God, no! Donald Trump said that,” adding, “It’s getting trickier and trickier to satirize this stuff.”

The Veep star beat out an incredibly talented group of nominees, including Lily Tomlin for Grace and Frankie, Edie Falco for Nurse Jackie, Lisa Kudrow for The Comeback, Amy Schumer for Inside Amy Schumer and Amy Poehler for Parks and Recreation.

Seth Meyers presented the award at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Fox aired the 2015 Emmy Awards, hosted by Andy Samberg, live on Sept. 20.
