Amy Poehler and Amy Schumer are two seriously funny ladies, but when the duo teamed up to hand out the first award at the 67th Primetime Emmys they had the whole audience cracking up.

“We are Amy,” Poehler told the crowd. “We’re here to present the first award of the night.”

“Which is good because I have a blackout scheduled for 10 p.m.,” Shumer chimed in.

“And you’ve had that on the books for weeks.”

But the duo didn’t stop there. Before giving Mom star Allison Janney the award for best supporting actress in a comedy series, Shumer got in one more good joke.

“Let’s not forget what tonight what tonight is really about,” she says. “Celebrating hilarious women and letting the Internet weigh in on who looks worse.”

While these two ladies are known for bringing the laughs, it’s nearly impossible to keep straight face when they’re together.

Even Julia Louis-Dreyfus got a little taste of Shumer when she won outstanding lead actress in a comedy series. The camera panned to a hooded Shumer who joked, “What s the big deal?”
