When it comes to Rihanna and Drake, it’s looking like love is on full display (as in Billboard sign-worthy)! After her slew of fiery performances on the MTV VMAs stage Sunday night, and Drake’s heartfelt speech as he presented her with the Video Vanguard Award, the pair kept the love fest going well into the next morning. After grabbing dinner together at Carbone, where they were joined by Rihanna’s friends and family, the two popped over to Manhattan hotspot Up & Down for a party thrown in her honor by her label Roc Nation. “They walked in a little after 3 a.m.,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “Rihanna had a section by the deejay that was dedicated to her and Drake had one for him, but when they got in they chose to go into his section which was all the way in the back and much more private. They never left each other’s side. He was literally shadowing her every movement and was just so affectionate and adoring the entire night.” Though they may have felt like it, the smitten pair certainly weren’t the only stars in the room. Other VIP attendees included Naomi Campbell, Tracee Ellis Ross, Amber Rose, and Chance the Rapper. “The Chainsmokers took over a whole section of the club. They can party!” notes the insider. Also there was Kendall and Kylie Jenner‘s pal, singer Justine Skye, celebrating her 21st birthday. To add to the fun, “David Blaine was doing a ton of magic tricks all night.” When it came time to toast the lady of the hour, “They celebrated with D’Usse cognac,” says the source. “And at one point they brought out a big bottle of Ace of Spades. They’d made these $1000 bills with Rihanna’s face on it that said ‘United States of Rihanna’ and when the bottle came out they were shooting them into the air!” The Most OMG-Worthy Moments From the 2016 VMAs With everything going on, the source says Drake still only had eyes for Rihanna. “They were very secluded the whole night. The club usually clears out around 4 a.m. but they were late getting there so they stayed around after it closed and shut it down. And they left together. He was really adoring and cute.”
