The Glee star and other costars reflect on the series
It was a Glee-ful night in Hollywood on Saturday night as many of the hit Fox series cast members such as Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Chord Overstreet along with the series creator Ryan Murphy attended the Family Equality Council Dinner.
“It’s funny because I look like my brother Bobby,” she told reporters. “My brother Bobby and I look a lot alike in the makeup. He showed me a picture [of himself] right out of high school and it’s hilarious. We look identical.”
As for Glee ending, Alex Newell, who plays Wade “Unique” Adams on the show, made sure to bring home something to remember the show, make that a few things.
“I kept all of my shoes,” he said. “I think I stole them, I mean took them, little by little over time. Or maybe I’m just holding on to them for the two year reboot. Or the movie.”
“I’m obsessed,” he said about Gaga joining the Murphy family “I just want to be there when she’s acting. I’m just gonna fly to the set and be like ‘Hey I’m here. I know you don’t remember me Ryan, that’s fine.’ ”
