The former star of The Wonder Years, 39, Tweeted about it Friday, and asked fans for a little support. “So I broke a rib in yesterday’s #DWTS rehearsal. Trying my best to pull thru and could use your prayers!! #wanttokeepdancing,” she wrote. In the aftermath of the injury, McKellar was emotional. “Everything hurts right now,” she says through tears in exclusive footage captured by show producers. “It hurts when I’m crying.” McKellar rushed into the women’s restroom at their rehearsal space and was comforted through the door by partner Val Chmerkovskiy. “I’m mad at myself for being hurt or something and not stronger and injurable. Like I wasn’t injurable,” she says. “It’s just so weak and … there’s so much about this that I don’t like.” “Just relax, breathe3, calm down,” Chmerkovskiy says. “Let’s go to the hospital and check it out. Everything is fine.” McKellar was one point shy of a perfect score earlier in the season, when she and Chmerkovskiy performed a Beauty and the Beast-themed routine. A rep for the competitor has no comment. DWTS: James Maslow, Meryl Davis Get the Party Going & Drew Carey Goes Home Bruno Toniolis Most Insane Dancing With the Stars Moments
