It may not be Disneyland specifically, but Nyle DiMarco has a destination in mind to celebrate his big Dancing with the Stars win.

“I’m hoping to take a vacation,” DiMarco told PEOPLE after Tuesday’s season finale of the ABC reality dance competition. “I think that’s the one thing I need the most. These past three months have been a lot of work, but I need a vacation.”

Unfortunately (but not really), DiMarco is headed straight off to a modeling job in Asia.

He hasn’t even been able to figure out where he’s going to put his Mirrorball trophy other than “somewhere special.”

Still, the significance of his win is not lost on the deaf model.

“It means that barriers can be broken,” the told reporters. “I hope I’ve shown people that opportunities are endless.”

But his partner, Peta Murgatroyd, hasn’t quite processed the win as much as DiMarco.

“This is so mindblowing. We are in complete shock,” she said. “But the trophy is just the cherry on top of three months of friendship. I’ll keep these memories with me forever. I’ll never forget this partnership.”
