It was men vs. women on Monday’s Dancing with the Stars!

For the team dance segment, it was guys Nyle DiMarco, Wanya Morris, Von Miller and Antonio Brown, showing off their moves to a James Brown medley.

The men earned raves from the judges and 28 out of 30.

“I salute the lot of you,” said Len Goodman.

On the other side of the competition, it was the ladies of team Beyoncé: Jodie Sweetin, Ginger Zee, Kim Fields and Paige VanZant.

The women didn’t score quite as well as the men, with the judges praising them but awarding them just 25 out of 30.

Despite all the fun of the team dances, unfortunately two couples stil had to be sent home at the end of the evening.

Warning: Spoilers ahead for Monday’s Dancing with the Stars.

Fields and pro Sasha Farber were sent home, along with Miller and pro Witney Carson.

“It’s all great dancers here. The competition is very, very tough. I had so much fun. Me and Witney, we’ve got a special relationship,” said Miller.

Fields admitted she didn’t see the elimination coming, but said she was “very grateful for the opportunity.”

It’s All 10s for Ginger!

The meteorologist was the first person to earn straight 10s this season thanks to her dance to Whitney Houston‘s “I Have Nothing.”

“Halfway through the dance, I burst into tears because I was so happy” said Carrie Ann Inaba. “It was powerful, it was elegant. It was perfection.”

Paige also gets straight 10s

Not to be outdone, Paige VanZant earned a perfect score for her dance to “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner.

“Scorching. Almost illegally hot,” said judge Bruno Tonioli.

Nyle Returns to His Roots

Though DiMarco took flack last week for suggesting his main competition in the show was pro Val Chmerkovskiy, he reassessed those comments.

“It’s not very often that people see a deaf person on TV so i need to make sure I am representing them well. Last week, I have to say that wasn’t me,” he said. He ended up wowing the judges – and winning hearts – with his performance to U2’s “Beautiful Day.”

Dancing with the Stars is tough. The others climb hills, you climb mountains,” said Goodman, who along with the other judges awarded the model a total of 28 out of 30. (For more from Nyle, check out his exclusive PEOPLE vlog.)
