'Dancing with the Stars' Switch-Up Week: The New Couples, Dances and Songs Revealed!

Switch-Up Week has never been easy on Dancing with the Stars, and that appears to still be true for season 22.

“It’s kind of like starting at week 1 again,” pro dancer Mark Ballas told PEOPLE on Monday of having to switch partners for the upcoming week of competition. “But that’s the nature of the show. there is nothing we can do about it, so there is no use in complaining. We just all get to work!”

Instead of being partnered with UFC fighter Paige VanZant, Ballas will be dancing a Salsa to Eddie Palmieri’s “La Malanga” with Good Morning America‘s Ginger Zee.

As in years past, the couples and their dance styles were chosen by fans via Twitter.

Former pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy will return once again as a guest judge.

Here is the full run-down of what to expect for season 22’s Switch-Up Week:

Nyle DiMarco & & Sharna Burgess will dance a Viennese waltz to Ruelle’s “I Get to Love You”

• Kim Fields & Keo Motsepe will dance a Viennese waltz to Otis Redding’s “These Arms of Mine”

• Paige VanZant & Sasha Farber will dance a rumba to One Direction’s “Perfect”

Jodie Sweetin & Val Chmerkovskiy will dance a pasodoble to Calvin Harris & Alesso’s “Under Control”

Doug Flutie & Peta Murgatroyd will dance a tango to Sam Sparro’s “Black & Gold”

Von Miller & Lindsay Arnold will dance a jive to Beans & Fatback’s “Hips”

• Antonio Brown & Karina Smirnoff will dance a cha-cha to Dusty Springfield’s “Son of a Preacher Man”

Wanya Morris & Witney Carson will dance a tango to James Bay’s “Hold Back the River”

• Ginger Zee & Mark Ballas will dance a Salsa to Eddie Palmieri’s “La Malanga”
