Although Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy may have had an outburst or two on past seasons, he says he has no regrets.

“There were some things that I’m not extremely proud of, but I think that the imperfections and not-so-good moments are exactly what made me who I am,” he says.

It’ll be impossible to forget those moments since past competitions will begin airing on GSN (Game Show Network). The cable network will air seasons 4 through 14 beginning Jan. 21 on Saturdays at 6 p.m. ET/5 p.m. CT.

“There were some ups and downs, but every season had something interesting in it, whether it was the dynamic of a partnership or me speaking back to the judges,” says Chmerkovskiy.

In last season’s meltdown, Chmerkovskiy railed against the judges – specifically Len Goodman – after receiving 20 out of 30 points for his routine with partner Hope Solo. They went on to finish in fourth place.

Although Chemerkovskiy has never won the coveted mirror-ball trophy, he is planning on returning next season for another shot at it.

“l love the show and I love what it stands for,” says the dancer. “I definitely want to keep doing it.”
