Members of Dancing with the Stars showed their support for Ryan Lochte on Monday evening by wearing heart-adorned T-shirts with the Olympian’s name.

A week after two male protesters – who both wore white Lochte T-shirts with a red circle and line through his name – stormed the stage after the Olympian’s season 23 premiere dance with pro partner Cheryl Burke, fellow contestants and pro dancers expressed their love for Lochte with their own customized T-shirts.

Before Lochte and Burke, both 32, performed their quickstep on week two, the duo was joined by fellow contestants Terra Jolé , Rick Perry and Jana Kramer and numerous pro dancers who each sported white T-shirts with Lochte’s name surrounded by the outline of a heart.

The six-time Olympic medalist was seen smiling as he and Burke awaited their turn to perform as the last pair on Monday night’s live show.

Earlier in the week, Lochte told his pro partner during rehearsals for their quickstep, “I am an Olympian and I have never quit.”

Burke, who took to Instagram on Tuesday to address the terrifying incident and thanked “everyone for their concern,” encouraged Lochte: “You’re a strong man.”
