Bindi Irwin Gets Spooky as Vampire Queen on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Bindi continues her hot streak

Bindi Irwin earned a great score by being bad on Monday’s Dancing with the Stars

Irwin, 17, donned white makeup and fake fangs to play a terrifying vampire queen – and was rewarded with three perfect 10s from the judges.

“Bindi needs to become this Evil Queen vampiress,” pro Derek Hough said in a prerecorded segment.

Though Irwin had to be terrifying to pay homage to the 1987 vampire film The Lost Boys, Hough said in real life she’s not scary at all.

Hough showed off footage of Irwin attempting to scare her DWTS costars. The universal reaction (“Aww, it’s Bindi!”) was not the scary response she wanted.

Fortunately, Irwin was able to find her inner vampire for the routine, which wowed the judges.

“Never confuse kindness for weakness,” Irwin said.

Hough gave credit to the perfect scores to his partner.

“I can teach her the moves, but she went out there and killed it tonight with the emotion and character,” Hough told PEOPLE.

The dance comes a week after she received perfect scores for her take on Dirty Dancing.

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.
