The Bachelor can claim another successful match!

Producers Cassie Lambert and Pete Scalettar, who met while working on ABC’s hit dating show, tied the knot in Malibu on Saturday – and host Chris Harrison married them.

“It might be a new job for me,” Harrison said of getting ordained to officiate the couple’s wedding. “They asked me in Prague this season [of The Bachelorette] when we were there if I would do it for them. … I love them to death and I’ve seen then grow as a couple and I love them as a couple and as individuals.”

Lambert, 33, and Scalettar, 34, who met in 2008 on Matt Grant’s season of The Bachelor, said “I do” at the home of show creator Mike Fleiss. Neil Lane, who has done the rings for The Bachelor and The Bachelorette proposals, designed their engagement and wedding rings.

“Pete and Cassie have helped so many other love stories blossom so to be able to witness theirs unfold was an absolute honor,” guest Emily Maynard, who attended with her new fiancé Jef Holm, tells PEOPLE. “They complement each other in all the best ways and their wedding was the perfect display of both of their personalities. Jef and I couldn’t be happier for them!”

“The love [they] have for one another is such an inspiration and if anyone ever doubts that true love exists, all they need do is look at [them],” JP Rosenbaum, who won Ashley Hebert’s heart on The Bachelorette, added. “Not only were Ashley and I fortunate to have found the love of our lives in that crazy world in which they work and live, but we were also fortunate to have found lifelong friends.”

Famous Guests

Those weren’t the only familiar faces in attendance. In fact, the guest list looked like a who’s who of Bachelor couples, that included Courtney Robertson and Ben Flajnik, newlyweds DeAnna Pappas and Stephen Stagliano as well as Rosenbaum and Hebert and Maynard and Holm (who, according to an eyewitness, were constantly whispering to each other and being affectionate during the ceremony). Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky, who split with Roberto Martinez last year, also attended.

Harrison had close family and friends, including Hebert, read seven traditional Jewish blessings as a surprise for the bride and groom, who stood surrounded by 30 earthy ferns and plants hung from the chuppah, created by JL Designs. They plan on keeping the plants in their backyard as a special keepsake from their wedding.

“I’m taking [officiating] very seriously,” Harrison said. “We went over everything for the ceremony and I’m really honored. I’m honored they would ask and I’m honored they would allow me to be such a huge part of their day.”
