In a new trailer for Manzo’d with Children season 3 that was first shared by E! Online, Garden State matriarch Caroline Manzo faces a terrifying health crisis, telling her children and husband through tears: “Listen to me, I found a lump.” Known for her toughness and level head, Caroline admits in an emotional interview, “I’m the strongest person you’ll ever meet when I’m battling for somebody else, but when it’s me, oh my god.” And even amid her own personal crisis, Caroline wants to help daughter Lauren (Manzo) Scalia, whom she fears is bottling up her anxieties as she tries to start a family. Opening up to her husband of a year, Vito, Lauren confesses, “I get nervous that we haven’t gotten pregnant yet.” The Manzo ladies’ personal obstacles are at the heart of the show, but of course there will be plenty of hijinks from sons Albie and Christopher when Manzo’d with Children returns to Bravo on Sept. 11.
