The cast of the forthcoming Baywatch movie might want to pay attention.

Speaking to PEOPLE Now, Carmen Electra revealed that the infamous slow-mo run from Baywatch is more real than people think.

“When I first started the show, I was running [full speed],” Electra, 43, says as she shows us all how it’s done. “They said, ‘No, slow down.’ So, you just kind of end up in this moment.”

The other key to nailing the run, she says, is the serious face, “’cause you’re rescuing” someone.

Electra is currently the host of WE tv’s Ex Isle, a reality series that traps five on again, off again couples on a remote island with the goal of helping move on from each other. However, there’s a twist: these couples aren’t alone. 10 eligible singles will also be joining them.

A new Baywatch movie is currently in the works, and it stars Dwayne Johnson, Zac Effron, Alexandra Daddario, and model Kelly Rohrbach as CJ Parker, Pamela Anderson‘s old role. And, Electra has some advice for the women.

“Workout really hard before. Take that time so your body is on point because that bathing suit … It might as well be a G-string to be honest,” Electra says.

Ex Isle premieres Friday, Jan. 8 at 10 p.m. on WE tv.
