Adam and Danielle Busby made international headlines after becoming parents to the only set of all-female quintuplets in the U.S., and they are telling their story on the new TLC series OutDaughtered. PEOPLE has an exclusive First Look at the series, which chronicles the babies’ early months of life. In the clip, Danielle must deal with caring for her daughters alone as her husband returns to work for the first time since the babies came home. What’s even worse, one of the babies is sick – and Danielle must also take care of the couple’s eldest daughter Blayke, 4. “Adam going back to work means I’m losing my partner and the biggest help with the babies,” says Danielle. For Adam, it’s difficult to say goodbye for the day, with him getting a little emotional as he heads off to work. The babies – Ava Lane, Olivia Marie, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige and Parker Kate – were born at 28 weeks on April 8, 2015, in Houston and went home from the hospital in July. OutDaughtered premieres May 10 at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
