Fans, family members and celebrities took to Twitter on Friday to voice their support for Bruce Jenner for sharing his life-changing decision to transition from male to female in a revealing interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer on Friday.

“I’ve been thinking about this day forever,” the 65-year-old said during his candid talk with the 20/20 host.

“How do I tell my story? How do I tell people what I’ve been through?” Jenner, 65, continued as he sat across from Sawyer on the couch in his Malibu home. “Today’s the day.”

And the former Olympian’s courage has not gone unnoticed. Pop star Lady Gaga, former professional tennis player Billie Jean King, television host Andy Cohen and more have spoken out on social media.

“Now that is bravery,” the “Born This Way” singer posted Friday evening.
