Here’s a first look at the eagerly anticipated Bruce Jenner interview.

The former Olympian and reality-TV star is sitting down with Diane Sawyer for a two-hour interview that’s set to air on ABC on Friday, April 24.

Although the promo doesn’t reveal much, it does promise that the interview will cover “the journey” and “the decisions” the 65-year-old made as he decided to go public about transitioning to become a woman.

Jenner “wants this to be taken seriously so that [his situation] can have the most positive impact on society’s perception of the transgender community,” a source told PEOPLE earlier this month.

“Bruce’s primary goal is to bring awareness to this issue in order to help others [in the transgender community].”
