Fangs were favored over wands and wizards Sunday night at the MTV Movie Awards as the Twilight saga took home top honors.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse won best movie, beating out another successful series, Harry Potter. Twilight stole the night across the board, sweeping awards for best kiss (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart), best fight (Pattinson vs. Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel), best male (Pattinson) and best female performance (Stewart).

In honor of the saga, here’s the top Twilight moments of the night – including several scene-stealing moments from the saga’s star, Pattinson.

Lip Service
Despite his on-screen alter ego, Pattinson was on Team Jacob Sunday night. While accepting honors for Best Kiss with on and off-screen girlfriend Kristen Stewart, the Twilight star, who plays brooding vampire Edward in the saga, ditched his gal to lock lips with Taylor Lautner.

“You don’t want to kiss me, do you?” he asked Stewart prior. “I just think there’s someone else in the audience that will appreciate it more.”

No worries, Edward and Bella fans: “I gotta get you backstage,” Pattinson added after the surprise smooch.

Lautner was also up for the award with double- nominee Stewart, but lost to Pattinson and Stewart.

Reese’s Secrets
Reese Witherspoon received top honors when she was crowned with the Generation Award – an honor that went to Sandra Bullock last year – but that didn’t save her from the playful antics of Water for Elephants costar Pattinson.

“I did f— you,” he joked, as the Oscar winning actress ducked her head down.

The “secrets” continued. “Tequila is like a Lays potato chip – you can’t just have one.” His punchline? “It is possible to be 33 percent lesbian, not mentioning names,” he added, earning laughs from Witherspoon.

Sincere Apologies
After her win for best female performance, Stewart had a few words for her fans – and a few for her fellow nominees.

“I had a great time doing the movie with everyone that worked on it,” she said, adding a shout-out to Natalie Portman, who won an Oscar for her leading role in Black Swan. “Natalie, sorry, but the popcorn is mine.”
