After undergoing multiple breast augmentation surgeries over the years, Baywatch bombshell Nicole Eggert is looking for a less va-va-voom chest on Tuesday’s episode of Botched.

Eggert, 43, comes to Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif in the hopes of reducing her bodacious bosom to a B cup. But the doctors warn her against going too small.

“I can almost get my hand around your entire breast mound, which means you really aren’t a DD because my left hand is the perfect full C,” Dubrow tells Eggert in an exclusive clip.

“What can I say? I was single ’til I was 40,” he adds in an aside. “I’ve held a lot of boobs in my lifetime.”

Nassif asks Eggert if she’s prepared to take on the scarring associated with a breast reduction, and she nods emphatically. That doesn’t mean she’s not a little worried about going under the knife.

“It’s something I definitely want done if it’s done right, but I’ve had such bad luck that I’m scared to death to make it worse,” she admits.

Botched airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
