More good news, Full House fans: The Tanner family patriarch will return for the spin-off.

“Last but not least-best piece of casting yet. The great @bobsaget will be joining our show on @netfilx – this completes the perfect reunon!” John Stamos Tweeted overnight (later joking of his spelling mistake, “sorry i’m tired – been a long day – and let’s not be so picky – you want perfect spelling – follow Oprah”).

“How did you get this information?” Saget replied. “Kidding! Love you Jesse!”

Saget is the final main cast member from the ’90s hit sitcom to confirm an appearance on Fuller House, which debuts on Netflix next year. Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber will star, and John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin and now Saget will all make guest appearances.

The mostly close-knit cast will be missing its Michelle, a role shared by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Last year, Saget predicted an almost-full house should a reboot come to life.

“Not everybody would want to do it. Maybe two-thirds of the cast would want to,” said Saget. He was (almost) right – with the exclusion of the Olsens, seven out of the nine major cast members are signed on.

And hopefully within the actor and comedian’s self-imposed deadline. He joked of a reunion show: “Five years ago, I said, ‘Hey, everybody looks pretty good. I kinda still look okay. We should hurry.’ “
