Bill Clinton will happily take up residence in the nation’s most famous residence once again – provided his wife Hillary wants him there.

While appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman, Clinton told host David Letterman not to get ahead of himself after he asked how Clinton would rate his chances of moving back into the White House.

“First of all, Hillary has to win the nomination,” Clinton, 68, said. “If she wins the nomination, then she has to win the election.”

Hillary, 67, is widely considered the frontrunner in the race for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination.

Continued Clinton: “If she wins the election, the chances are 100 percent I’ll move back … if I’m asked.

“My experience is that since I left the White House, when a president of either party asks, you say yes. So I hope I’ll be invited.”
