I want to tell you something,” Frankel says to de Lesseps in an exclusive sneak peek at Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. “I have something at the pit of my stomach, and I have something that was dumped into my lap,” she continues. “I don’t want to be the one to have to tell you this.” In the most recent episode, Frankel, 45, went back and forth over whether she would tell de Lesseps that someone saw her fiancé, Tom D’Agostino, Jr., allegedly making out with a Playboy model at New York’s Regency Hotel the day before her engagement party. Now de Lesseps, 51, pleads to Frankel: “Please don’t let it be about Tom. Don’t do this to me.” Frankel responds, “It’s about Tom. And it’s true and I need you to know that. I am going to show you some pictures. And it was Wednesday night.” The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
