It’s only right that Skinnygirl is making Valentine’s Day a ladies’ night.

Bethenny Frankel won’t be spending the heart-and-roses holiday with her boyfriend Michael Cerussi. Instead, she’s making Saturday a girls-only zone.

“My Valentine? I’m going to go skiing in Aspen with my girlfriend Sarah,” Frankel told PEOPLE at her Skinnygirl Valentine’s Launch Party, promoting the launch of her Spicy Lime Margarita and Pinot Noir Skinnygirl flavors, on Tuesday.

The Real Housewives of New York star, 44, adds that her job this year is playing Cupid and setting up her single girlfriends.

“I have some very single girls who are all counting on me to have some good-looking men here,” she says.

Frankel also plans to make Valentine’s Day cards and eat sweets with her daughter Bryn, 4.

The proud mom picked up a box of X- and O-shaped donuts with pink and white icing during a recent weekend in Florida and brought them back to New York to share.

“I’ll definitely be bringing one of those home for her,” Frankel says. “And [we’re] making Valentine’s cards for school, because you know she has a Valentine at school.”

Even though she’s a healthful living entrepreneur, Frankel admits this time of year is particularly tempting when it comes to her "Peanut": “It’s so fun! Every box of candy I see, I want to buy her!”
