Does Bethenny Frankel think she’s too thin?

“Maybe. Do I think I can be sometimes? Yes,” the Skinnygirl cocktail company creator tells Andy Cohen in this preview of Watch What Happens Live airing Monday on Bravo at 11 p.m. ET. “When I’m very tired and stressed out, people think I’m more thin, and it’s always the times I feel like I’m really stressed out.”

Continues Frankel: “I get black circles and my face looks drawn … Maybe. I run around like a total maniac.”

Frankel, 44, has certainly been busy of late promoting her April 7 return to The Real Housewives of New York City, telling Cohen she was embarrassed to be a Housewife and that she will never marry again.

And her weight looks like it might be a theme this season – much to Frankel’s surprise.

“I’m surprised it doesn’t come up on the show,” Frankel said, referencing the “international news scandal” that erupted over what she termed “pajama-gate” when she infamously squeezed into the tiny jammies of her daughter Bryn.

“It does, actually,” Cohen tells her.

“Oh, I just don’t know about it?” she says, with a shocked look.

“Yeah, you don’t,” he confirms, cueing up the drama for the new season.
