The tears continue to fall for Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel.

On last week‘s RHONY, Frankel had an emotional reunion with her estranged stepfather, whom she called “the only father I’ve ever known.”

In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip of tonight’s episode, Frankel, 44, breaks down from the pressure to spend time away from her own daughter, Bryn, 5.

The meltdown starts when Housewife Dorinda Medley expects Frankel’s attendance at her birthday weekend in the Berkshires. But the Skinnygirl mogul – who shares parenting duties with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy after a bitter custody battle – plans to spend the weekend with her daughter.

“I’m not going on my weekend – which is every other – with my daughter, away,” Frankel tearfully tells Housewife Carole Radziwill while furniture shopping for her new apartment.

“I never thought I’d have a kid – I live for her, and she’s going through a hard time.”

Frankel, whose messy divorce is still being disputed in court, made it clear that her child is her first priority.

“I don’t care about anybody but my daughter. And I’m not the only one who has a daughter, but, whatever my situation is, it’s pretty f—ing bad, and that’s my own thing, and I can’t do it,” she tells Radziwill, 51.

Frankel fells “so embarrassed” for her emotional moment, but she tells new housewife Radziwill that an unfamiliar face can be just the thing to burst open emotional floodgates.

“Sometimes you will open yourself up to a stranger easier than someone that you really know,” Frankel says.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
