Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are nearing their one-year engagement anniversary — so what exactly have they learned about each other in the last 12 months?

In an interview with PEOPLE Now, the Bachelor couple opened up about what life has been like since getting engaged and moving in together in Higgins’ Denver, Colorado home.

According to both of them, Higgins, 28, is definitely the early bird — but since living together, Bushnell, 26, has started setting her alarm clock a little earlier.

“When I first met Lauren she used to sleep in until like, 10 o’clock — I bet Lauren is up by 8:30 every day now,” said Higgins.

The two, who are currently starring in their own Freeform reality show, Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?, maintained they both have equal control over the social calendar.

“I think we do a pretty good job,” said Higgins. “We hang out with Lauren’s friends if there’s that opportunity or if we’re in the same place or with her family, and we do the same with mine if we’re in that area. I think we both do a pretty good job of balancing that.”

As for who’s moodier, Bushnell admitted it’s “probably” her.

“Probably you?!” joked Higgins.

Higgins also outed Bushnell as the bigger reality TV fan between the two (he’s caught her watching some Real Housewives), and both agreed Bushnell is more into PDA.

“But not overly so,” she added.

“No, you’re never like, annoying, but you hang on me a lot,” said Higgins. “Just draping over me with your long arms!”

“I like to stretch!” she said.

Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? airs Tuesdays (8 p.m. ET) on Freeform.
