Think you know what Ali Fedotowsky will do on Monday’s Bachelorette finale? Think again, says a man who knows her final decision.

“It’s not the usual proposal day our fans are used to seeing,” host Chris Harrison told PEOPLE Saturday at his belated 39th birthday celebration at Las Vegas’s Surrender Nightclub. “I’m proud of her and she made the right decision for her. I’ve seen her several times since and she couldn’t look better and happier.”

After a long process in which several men have left the show after other relationships were discovered – Justin ‘Rated R’ Rego left after Ali learned about his relationship with another woman, Frank Neuschaefer left after admitting to be in love his his ex – Fedotowsky has whittled the field down to two men, Roberto Martinez and Chris Lambton.

The abrupt departures have left their mark on Fedotowsky, 25, though.

“What happened with Frank really set things in motion and really set her off,” Harrison said. “She was falling in love with the guy and he was falling in love with her. When she got to Chris and Roberto, from the last-chance dates on, it’s a completely different finale.”

And a finale that will have fans talking about the decision, he says.

“She feels like she really got her life in order and has come to terms with what she’s done,” Harrison said. “I think they’ll appreciate what she does. It will be interesting to see how the fans react. I think I know but I always have to wait to Tuesday morning to see how the fans react.” –Mark Gray
