Baby Daddy star Jean-Luc Bilodeau is recovering after being burned at a Halloween party thrown by costar Tahj Mowry on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed.
“Jean-Luc Bilodeau, star of ABC Family s Baby Daddy, suffered a non-life threatening injury on Saturday night,” an ABC Family rep tells PEOPLE in a statement. “He is expected to make a full recovery. The Baby Daddy production schedule is being rearranged to accommodate him.”
Bilodeau, 24, has been receiving visits from his co-stars and is said to be in good spirits.
The actor was wearing a homemade costume resembling an alpaca at the party Saturday. It caught fire when he accidentally backed into a tiki torch, according to TMZ. His arms and legs were injured.
Bilodeau stars as twenty-something father Ben Wheeler in the sitcom. The premiere date for season 5 is not expected to be pushed back because of the accident.
Baby Daddy season 5 is set to premiere Feb. 3 at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
