Anna Duggar is moving forward one day at a time following a series of scandals involving her husband Josh.

Anna admits that “it’s been hard” but says she’s trying to find the positive in an exclusive clip Sunday’s episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On.

“It’s been a good opportunity to draw close to God and just trusting God for his wisdom to take the next step,” she tells sister-in-law Jessa (Duggar) Seewald in the clip.

Anna, 27, says getting through the past few months has been similar to going through labor.

“When you’re in labor, you just make it through the next contraction and go on,” Anna says. “I think there’s been a lot of that lately, of just taking the next step and going on.”

Anna bounces her fourth child with Josh, Meredith Grace, on her knee during the conversation with Jessa. The baby girl was born in July, shortly after news broke that Josh, 27, had behaved inappropriately toward five underage girls when he was teen. In August, he admitted to having been unfaithful to Anna and checked into a faith-based rehab center.

“We’ll see what God has in store for the future,” Anna says tearing up in the clip.

The third and final episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On airs Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
