Jenner and Blair posed on a red carpet looking very similar just days after the actress is cast as the Kardashian matriarch

Talk about perfect casting.

Selma Blair and Kris Jenner were photographed together Tuesday in L.A. just days after it was announced that the actress would portray the Kardashian matriarch in FX’s highly anticipated true crime anthology series American Crime Story: The People V OJ Simpson.

Blair, 42, and Jenner, 59, posed on the red carpet at the Children’s Justice Campaign charity event, according to Just Jared – an organization started by Kelly Rutherford to protect children’s constitutional rights and promote their health and wellbeing in law and society – and the dark-haired duo both shared many similarities, from their black evening attire to their smiles.

There has been a lot of casting news of late regarding American Crime Story: The People V OJ Simpson, which is being directed by Ryan Murphy.

David Schwimmer just landed the role of the late Robert Kardashian and turned to Jenner for advice.

And he and Blair join a high-wattage cast that already includes John Travolta as Robert Shapiro, Cuba Gooding Jr. as Simpson and Sarah Paulson as Marcia Clark.
