This was the week that so many of the contestants on The Biggest Loser were dreading – triathlon week. Having completed the Malibu Triathlon, I know what a grueling challenge it is and how daunting it seems. Personally, I was petrified swimming in the ocean and was convinced I’d be attacked by a shark. Overcoming that fear was an accomplishment in itself but crossing the finish line was the best feeling.

Knowing what it feels like, I was so happy to encourage the five remaining contestants as they embarked on their triathlon and to introduce them to Jackie and Dan, who both continue to look fantastic and who pay it forward with all the Biggest Loser events they host.

As the triathlon got underway, it was clear Rachel was going to win, especially with her swimming experience. What wasn’t as certain was if Bobby would finish. At the finish line, I was so happy to see the final five all finish.

Make sure you tune in next week for the love two-hour finale (9 p.m. ET) to find out who will be the Season 15 winner of The Biggest Loser and $250,000 richer. I can’t wait to see all the contestants and how great they look today!

My favorite moment of the week was watching the journeys of the final five alongside all of you watching on television and to be part of this transformation with each of them.
