What an incredible night! I am so proud and thrilled for all The Biggest Loser contestants – and their families!

I tell the contestants during rehearsals that this is just a big party, a celebration for what they’ve all accomplished, and it’s true. The wave of love coming toward the stage from the wonderful audience of family, friends and fans just blows me away every season. So whether you were cheering at home or in the theater, thank you! And your support was felt by all on stage.

It was so fantastic to see Pete, Abbey, Mark, Olivia and Hannah – all the returning players. They are such shining examples of how anyone can turn their life around with the will and the determination. They remind me what we’re all about at The Biggest Loser, and why I am so lucky to be a part of helping such wonderful people’s lives.

For me the moments that stand out the most are those special things that you only get at a Biggest Loser finale – Jennifer sharing that her daughter has made such healthy changes, too! Bob showing Chelsea her old dress? Wow!

And what about Fernanda – eliminated so early in the competition, and yet looking so fierce and phenomenal on stage. My hat’s off to her.

I know everyone is rooting for Matt and his soon-to-be wife. They are so adorable together. I was so happy to have Bobby share with everyone that for him, the big message was that the confidence he learned on the ranch has translated to his entire life.

Congratulations to Tumi and Rachel. And wasn’t David so wonderful? His sentiment at the end, that “everyone is a winner,” is exactly what The Biggest Loser is all about.

As always, it’s so wonderful to know this amazing group of strong, special people are moving on to the next stage of their journeys, armed with the tools they need to create healthy and happy lives for themselves and the people they love.

How to pick one favorite moment? Impossible. But how can we not talk about how beautiful Ruben‘s new song is, and having a front-row seat to hear him perform live? #perfect.
