90 Day Fiancé‘s Ashley Martson is squashing any speculation over her battle with lupus.

The reality star, who is undergoing surgery following acute kidney failure, revealed part of her medical records to fans over the weekend.

In a video shared on Instagram, Martson logged into her Pinnacle Health account and filmed her medical history that has been recorded on the website. The footage revealed multiple past diagnoses of Martson’s, including aspiration pneumonia, seizure, anemia, kidney stone, heart muscle disorder and lupus.

“Reality TV is a maze. I wish I could tell you all exactly what’s happening, but the contract is strict. Good thing that medical records can’t be faked,” she captioned the post.

“For those of you who want to see 2014 This is my HISTORY so everything will be on it,” she wrote.

“Lupus isn’t something you can cure #90dayfiance #tlc,” she added about the autoimmune disease, which causes inflammation, pain and damage to the body.

At the end of January, the reality star announced in an Instagram post that she “will no longer be doing any new promos, endorsements, cameos, or any PR as of Feb 8” and “will not be available until mid March” as she readies for an upcoming surgery.

“I will be undergoing surgery and will be down at least a month,” Martson captioned a post that read, “Out of service for repairs.”

She proceeded to ask her fans for their “prayers.”

“I will not be sharing much information about my health any longer, my willingness to overshare came with nothing but scrutiny and backlash,” she said. “I need to focus on my health, family, and recovery for that month. I appreciate all who support me very much ❤️ #90dayfiance #tlc #healthcomesfirst.”

Her announcement came nearly two weeks after she announced she was “in acute kidney failure due to lupus” and had been hospitalized.

Sharing a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed on Jan. 13, Martson said that she “will not hide that I’m sick.”

“If I can help one person with lupus then posting this is worth it,” she said.

Martson said that she had been “found unresponsive” at her home.

“The Ambulance took me to the hospital where it was found that I am in acute kidney failure due to lupus. I will begin dialysis shortly,” she said.

Days later, an update on Martson’s condition was shared on her Instagram, revealing that she underwent surgery to help prepare her body for dialysis.

“Ashley underwent surgery where they placed a catheter into her abdomen,” the message read. “This is for access site to begin peritoneal dialysis today. Doctors are hopeful that dialysis will be temporary and that it will aid in helping her kidneys repair themselves.”

The mother of two, who appeared on season 6 of the hit TLC show alongside husband Jay Smith, was hospitalized over Christmas with complications from lupus.

On Tuesday, Martson told Radar Online that she was once again going under the knife.

“I have surgery,” she told the outlet of the Feb. 12 operation, adding, “It is going to be discussed on the show so I’d rather not talk about it. The surgery will help me long term and it’s a long recovery.”
