America’s biggest known little family is back.

PEOPLE can exclusively announce that TLC’s 7 Little Johnstons will be returning for a fifth season on April 2. (Watch the supertease above!)

The series focuses on the everyday lives of the Johnstons. The entire family lives with a rare genetic condition called achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism.

“There’s a lot of little-people shows, but I think our bigger message is nothing stops Trent and I,” mother of five Amber told PEOPLE in 2015.

The series emphasizes that the Johnstons are just like any other American family.

The show focuses on Trent and Amber Johnston, as well as their five teenage children, Jonah, 18, Anna, 18, Elizabeth, 16, Emma, 13, and Alex, 13. With the Johnston children growing up quickly and Anna getting ready for college, Trent and Amber work together to prepare for the big life changes to come.

This season features epic Halloween costumes, a trip to New York City (where the family learns about the importance of dwarfism throughout history), a holiday party hosted by the Johnstons for over 100 little people, and a trip to Hilton Head to celebrate Amber’s 40th birthday.

“We tell our kids, ‘You’re just like everyone else,’” Amber told PEOPLE in 2017. ”‘You can do things, you can go places and you can be whoever you want to be.’”

The new season will premiere on TLC on April 2 at 10 p.m. ET.
