Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar celebrated their 31st anniversary on Tuesday, a little less than a week after their reality show, 19 Kids and Counting, was axed by TLC.

The Duggar family took to Instagram to post a sweet throwback picture of the couple’s wedding.

“Happy 31st anniversary, Dad & Mom!” read the caption. “We love you!”

The family also shared a home video on their website, in which Jim Bob, 50, can be seen surprising Michelle, 48, with a sweet and thoughtful gift: a ring he had made specifically for her that features all 19 of their children’s birthstones.

“That is one big amazing cluster!” gushes Michelle of the gift, which Jim Bob designed himself.

In the background, several family members can be seen celebrating the happy day, including eldest son Josh Duggar sitting on the couch with wife Anna.

After news of Josh’s molestation scandal broke in May, TLC pulled 19 Kids and Counting from its schedule. The network announced on July 16 that it had officially canceled the show after nine seasons and several one-off specials.

TLC has said that it is putting together a documentary about child abuse. A source at TLC has told PEOPLE that Duggar daughters Jessa Seewald and Jill Dillard – who have both come forward as victims since the accusations against Josh, who was 14 at the time of the molestation, became public knowledge – will appear in the documentary.
