1 package of pita, cut into quarters, leaving 8 triangular slices per pita
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Sea salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush melted butter on both sides of the pita and sprinkle with salt.
2. Bake on a baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp. (We suggest using store-bought olive tapenade and flavored hummus – like roasted red pepper and herbed goat cheese – as different dips.)
