Rachel Bilson, juggling her BlackBerry, wallet and a tray of beverages while running errands in Los Angeles. Earlier, the former O.C. star was spotted dining with – and feeding – Hayden Christensen, at neighborhood café Madame Matisse. (The two costar in the upcoming film Jumpers.) The next day, Bilson’s ex, Adam Brody, had drinks with friends at new Hollywood restaurant and lounge Parc.

• The cast of Entourage, including Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly and Jeremy Piven, hitting the town for a guys’ night out. First up: the crew attended an event for AG Jeans at the clothing line’s boutique in L.A., where Grenier sweetly danced with a friend’s young daughter. Later, Grenier, Connolly and costar Kevin Dillon continued the party at West Hollywood lounge Winston’s. “It was like a scene out of Entourage,” a clubgoer tells us. “They were huddled at the bar, sipping beers, checking out the babes and having a manly good time.”

Courteney Cox, caught up in conversation while dining on tomato-bread soup with a pal at West Hollywood Italian eatery Il Sole.

Pop Burger

Kristin Cavallari, throwing out the ceremonial first bowl at the grand opening of Lucky Strike Lanes at Las Vegas’ Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Though the Laguna Beach star rolled a gutter ball on her first try, on her second attempt – with a pink ball in hand – she knocked down eight pins. Cavallari told us her relationship with actor boyfriend Nick Zano is going well. “We’re trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep things private,” she said. “I will say this, though – we are very happy together.”

Jude Law and his My Blueberry Nights costar Natalie Portman, looking “cozy-flirty all night” at a wrap party Law hosted for the cast and crew at restaurant-bar Pop Burger in New York City’s Meatpacking District. The bash took place in the dimly lit, private pool room in the back and the duo – who left together at 2 a.m. – sat close to one another in a banquette. Also making the scene: singer Norah Jones, who also stars in the movie.

Thursday’s Caught in the Act! >

Maggie Gyllenhaal

Maggie Gyllenhaal, strolling around New York City’s West Village after lunching at trendy Meatpacking District eatery Pastis. The new mom was out solo: She left 5-month-old daughter Ramona at home.

Justin Timberlake, checking out artist Rudolf Stingel’s exhibit at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art with a female companion. The singer, in town for two performances, and his friend had lunch at the adjoining restaurant Puck’s. He ate roasted pumpkin soup and curried chicken salad on a croissant, while she feasted on the pumpkin soup and a cheeseburger. For dessert: Chocolate truffle cake for him, an apple tart for her.

Bruce Willis, partying at a birthday bash for Pink Elephant club owner David Cabo at the New York City hot spot. The fete had a children’s theme: Clowns blew up – what else? – pink-elephant balloon toys while guests wore party hats.

Orlando Bloom, sitting outside with a group of friends at Hollywood lounge Les Deux. Bloom spent the evening chatting with his pals even while fellow clubgoers crowded around to get a glimpse of the actor. Also making the scene: a newly single DJ AM, whose focus was entirely on spinning records, Entourage star Kevin Connelly and from the Black Eyed Peas.

Eva Longoria, celebrating two big occasions – her 32nd birthday and becoming the spokeswoman for Bebe Sport – at a party in her honor at the Skybar at L.A.’s Mondrian Hotel. The Desperate Housewives star toasted her March 15 b-day a day early with a big cake. “Tomorrow is the actual birthday,” she told us. “I spent my birthday with Tony already so that was the romantic birthday. Now it’s just fun.” Longoria was joined by other celebrity guests, including American Idol star Katharine McPhee, Hilary Duff and Dancing with the Stars alum Willa Ford.

Wednesday’s Caught in the Act! >

Pregnant actress Naomi Watts and boyfriend Liev Schreiber, taking their dogs on a walk – and cleaning up after them, like responsible owners – in New York City.

Mary-Kate Olsen, watching the crowd on the dance floor during a night out with two female friends at West Hollywood lounge Winston’s. Olsen, who smoked cigarettes and sipped Red Bull during the evening, checked out the deejay as he spinned the 1970s songs “Life Is a Rock (But the Radio Rolled Me)” and “Magnet and Steel.”

Grey’s Anatomy star Sandra Oh, shopping for housewares with a pregnant girlfriend at French bistro Café Midi in L.A. Meanwhile, Dancing with the Stars alum George Hamilton enjoyed lunch on the patio.

Il Sole

Halle Berry, laughing over dinner with a female friend at West Hollywood eatery Il Sole. The actress dined on pan-seared salmon with lemon sauce.

Heroes cast members Hayden Panettiere, Ali Larter and Greg Grunberg, crowding around a pool table at West Hollywood bar and restaurant Lola’s. The costars – including Jack Coleman and Santiago Cabrera – cheered as Panettiere and Larter played around.

Tuesday’s Caught in the Act! >

Ashley Olsen, buying an oversized bouquet of flowers while sporting hip-again Ray-Ban Wayfarers in Brentwood, Calif. The actress made several stops, including a trip to a candy store.

Owen Wilson, going incognito in a baseball cap as he hung out near the deejay booth at West Hollywood lounge Winston’s. The actor, who recently returned from vacationing in Maui, chatted with a female clubgoer. Also making the scene: Orlando Bloom, hanging out with four friends at a corner table.

Scarlett Johansson, getting some fashion advice over her cell phone while trying on a pair of Citizens of Humanity stretch slim jeans at Beverly Hills store Barneys New York. The actress was cheery as she described her outfit to her phone friend, an onlooker tells us.

Ashlee Simpson, partying at Hollywood club Les Deux. It was a busy night at the venue: Paris Hilton and Elisha Cuthbert shared girl talk and the heiress danced to her own single “Stars Are Blind” with pal Brandon Davis. Later in the night, Hilton and her posse moved from the front of the club to a corner table behind a tree, where former O.C. star Adam Brody joined them. David Spade joked around with a female reveler who sat with him and comedian pal Kevin Farley, while new Dancing with the Stars contestant Ian Ziering showed off some of his fancy footwork for pals on the patio.

Lindsay Lohan, changing up her look several times at New York City club Stereo as friend DJ AM spun records. The actress showed up wearing a black leather jacket over a low-cut white shirt, but she came with a backup outfit: a Ramones T-shirt, which she later slipped over her white shirt sans jacket. But ten minutes later, the actress made yet another change, taking off her white tee and putting back on the Ramones shirt and jacket. Lohan – with an entourage that included her mom Dina – grooved to the music and eventually made her exit with two Red Bulls in hand.
